Any provider that supports IMAP. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, custom domains — if it has IMAP, Email Pro can connect to it.

No Shopify app installation is needed. Email Pro connects to your support email directly via IMAP. Optionally, you can connect the Shopify API for richer order context in replies.
